This policy explains what NADC Group collects through this website and through the text message program we run at our dock facilities, and what we do with it.

What our website forms collect

The contact form asks for your name, address, city, state, zip, email address and telephone number. Every one of those fields is required, because we use them to reply to you.

The request a quote form asks for your contact name, company, address, telephone or fax number and email address, together with the information we need to price the work: the products you want stored or handled, how they are packed, how much space you need, how you want them received and shipped, and the other operational details set out on that form.

We use what you send only to answer your enquiry and to prepare the quotation you asked for. A submission is saved on our own server and emailed to the NADC Group staff who will respond to you. We do not use it for marketing to you unless you ask us to, and we do not sell it.

Both forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Our text message program

Drivers arriving at an NADC Group dock check in at a self-service kiosk in our building. At that kiosk a driver enters his name and his own mobile telephone number.

We use the mobile number only to text that driver the operational information he needs during that visit: which dock door to pull into and where it is, when he has been cleared to be worked, when loading or unloading has started, when it has finished, and if his appointment is cancelled. We stop when his visit ends.

A small number of NADC Group employees also receive text messages telling them when a trailer at a dock door is ready to return. An employee is added to that list only after asking an administrator, in writing, to be added.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Our SMS Terms set out the program in full.

How long we keep it

We keep website enquiries and quotation requests for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to keep our ordinary business records. We keep a driver's name, mobile number and the record of his check-in with the appointment it belongs to, as part of the dock records for that shipment.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it, write to us at the address above or email contact.us@nadcgroup.com. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message from us.

Changes

If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page.
